BBQ catering, cooked on site
BBQ catering means we bring the barbecue and do all the cooking. Our chef grills outdoors, under cover, while our staff serve your guests and clear up, so you can enjoy the event instead of standing over the coals. Choose from beef burgers, sausages, chicken skewers, sticky ribs, pulled pork and sliced beef brisket.
Halloumi and vegetable skewers cover vegetarians, and a vegan burger or sausage looks after vegan guests. Add salads, coleslaw, new potatoes or jacket potatoes for a full meal. Plates come as standard, with china on request. Many hosts pair a barbecue with a hog roast, so there’s plenty of choice for everyone.

How it works
- You tell us the date, the venue or postcode, rough numbers and when you’d like to eat.
- We check the date and the cooking area, then send a quote with the menu.
- On the day we arrive in good time, set up the barbecue under cover and get it hot.
- Our chef cooks and our staff serve at the time you chose.
- We clear the serving area, pack everything away and leave the spot tidy.
The cooking area
A barbecue is cooked outdoors, so it needs a level, open spot away from buildings, marquee walls and overhanging branches, with cover over the grill. Tell us about the space when you enquire.
Barbecue and hog roast together
For bigger events, a barbecue alongside a hog roast gives guests more choice. Ask and we’ll quote for both.
