Corporate hog roast, slow-roasted on site
A hog roast is an easy way to feed a team or a crowd of visitors. We set up in a car park, yard, courtyard or grounds, roast through the morning and serve at the time you set, whether that’s a fixed lunch break or a relaxed afternoon open day.
Rolls are quick to serve and easy to eat standing up, and rotisserie chicken, lamb, halloumi and vegetable skewers and a vegan option mean everyone is catered for. Tell us about site access, parking and any rules your facilities team has, and we’ll plan around them.

Site rules
Many workplaces need to approve outside caterers and gas equipment. Tell us what your site asks for and we’ll confirm what we can provide.
Fixed lunch breaks
If everyone eats in a short break, tell us the numbers and the time. Rolls are quick to serve, and a simple menu keeps the queue moving.

A hog roast compared with other event catering
| Option | Good for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Hog roast | One roast feeds a crowd; carved hot in front of guests; no kitchen needed | It’s pork, so add lamb, chicken or vegetarian options; needs an outdoor cooking spot |
| Barbecue | Casual and familiar | Food comes off in batches; someone has to stand at the grill |
| Food vans | Quick, informal street food | Each order is cooked separately, so big groups can mean queues |
| Cold buffet | Simple; no cooking on site | Food sits out; nothing hot on a cold evening |
| Plated meal | Formal and traditional | Needs a kitchen, more staff and usually costs more per head |
